For Valentine’s Day, we brought back Dom Juan, the seductive, smooth-talking version of Domino’s app delivery tracker, and let him take over Domino’s Twitter account for the entire Valentine’s Day weekend.

With his charming Spanish accent, Dom Juan invited Twitter users to become his ‘friend with benefits’—offering them the chance to win free Valentine’s Day dinner for two or exclusive Domino’s discounts.

Turning Tweets into Rewards

We used a Twitter Conversation Card, allowing users to tap and tweet a pre-populated message for their chance to win. The campaign was exclusively activated on Twitter, but was amplified through:
